📍 Mount Clemens, MI | 🗓️ 13 Weeks | ⏱️ 36–48 hrs/week | 🌙 Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality emergency care in a busy Level II Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, extensive ER experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate emergency nursing care for patients of all ages
Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care based on acuity
Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and emergency treatments
Monitor critically ill patients and respond effectively to changing conditions
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
Maintain accurate documentation using Paragon EMR
Ensure compliance with emergency care protocols and patient safety standards

Requirements:

Active Michigan RN License
Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room experience
Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
TNCC or ENPC certification required
Strong critical care and emergency assessment skills

Assignment Details:

13-week assignment
36 or 48 hours per week (3x12 or 4x12 shifts)
Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Every other weekend required
No on-call

Local and travel candidates accepted (local rate applies within a 35-mile radius)
