Description

Job Description
Supervises nursing care, and in collaboration with the physician, coordinates total patient care for patients by leading and directing an interdisciplinary care teams from Intensive Care level units to Med/Surg level units. Floats from one unit to another as requested.

License/Certifications (ARRT & ACLS, BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
Certification Requirements
ACLS
ARRT, BLS
Shift Notes:
M, T, W 0600-1830 sometimes we would need then on Fri instead of Tuesday or preferably M, T, W, F 0700-17330
Weekend Requirements:
Call Wen Call every 3-4 weekend.
On Call Requirements:
Call Wen Call every 3-4 weekend.
Radius Rule = 15% discounted rate of BR for travelers within a 35 mi radius
