Description

📍 Bellefontaine, OH | 🗓️ 8 Weeks | ⏱️ 36 hrs/week guaranteed | 🌙 Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive care to women and families throughout the L&D and postpartum experience.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
Provide age-appropriate patient care and medication administration
Monitor and manage pain while educating patients and families
Provide postpartum and newborn care
Develop and deliver patient/family education
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain a safe patient environment and respond effectively in stressful situations

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of L&D experience
Postpartum and nursery experience required
AHA BLS, ACLS & NRP required
Active Ohio or Compact RN license required at submission
Certifications must be active at start
Skills checklist completed within the past year
BSN preferred

Assignment Details:

8-week contract
1 opening
36 hours/week guaranteed
12-hour night shifts
Possible weekend requirements
No call
EMR: Meditech
Start Date: August 24, 2026

Patterns Hiring Job ID #69338-0811. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
