PT | Outpatient

MyMichigan Health – Lincoln Location | Lincoln, MI | Oct 19, 2026 | 13 Weeks | Day Shift

Seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for an outpatient assignment providing patient-focused evaluation, treatment planning, and rehabilitation services.

Position Highlights:

• Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
• 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• 40-hour guarantee
• No weekends
• No call
• Khaki pants with navy blue logo wear

Key Duties:

• Evaluate patients through functional and clinical testing
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
• Coordinate treatment plans with physicians and clinical staff
• Schedule treatment frequency and duration
• Educate patients and caregivers on conditions, prognosis, and treatment
• Update plans of care based on patient progress
• Delegate appropriate responsibilities to PT Assistants and Aides

Requirements:

✔ PT experience required
✔ Outpatient experience required
✔ Acute Care experience highly preferred
✔ Active Michigan PT license
✔ BLS (AHA)
✔ Candidates must live outside the 50-mile local radius

Patterns Hiring Job ID #69486-0928. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
