Registered Nurse | Med Surg/Telemetry
McLaren Bay Region | Bay City, MI | Oct 12, 2026 | 13 Weeks | Night Shift
Seeking an experienced Med Surg/Telemetry RN for a float pool assignment.
Position Highlights:
- 12-hour night shifts
- 36 guaranteed hours/week
- Every other weekend
- Must be willing to float between units
- Cerner EMR
- Navy blue scrubs
- No on-call
Key Duties:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor condition trends
- Administer and document medications, including IV medications
- Provide wound care and manage specialized equipment
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams on individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on medications, post-surgical care, and discharge instructions
- Recognize signs of patient deterioration and respond appropriately
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience
- Active Michigan RN license at submission
- BLS (AHA) required
- Must be comfortable working in a float pool

Patterns Hiring Job ID #69600---0923. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
