Registered Nurse (RN) | Oncology / Infusion

Glens Falls Hospital | Saratoga Springs, NY | 13 Weeks | Day Shift | No Weekends | No Call

Looking for an experienced Oncology/Infusion RN for a 13-week travel assignment in an outpatient infusion setting. This role is ideal for a nurse with strong oncology and infusion experience who is comfortable managing IV therapies, central lines, and specialized treatments.

Position Highlights:

Start: September 17, 2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Shift Times: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Weekends: None
Call: None
Setting: Outpatient Oncology & Infusion
Patient Care: IV therapies, blood products, specialty medications, hydration, and central venous access
EMR: Epic experience required
Previous travel experience: Preferred
COVID vaccination: Encouraged, not required

Requirements:

✔ 2+ years of current Outpatient Oncology & Infusion experience
✔ ONS Chemo Certification – Required
✔ OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) – Required
✔ Peripheral IV insertion experience
✔ Port/Fistula/Catheter experience
✔ Active BLS & ACLS (AHA)
✔ Active New York RN License
✔ Epic experience – Required
✔ De-escalation training documentation
✔ Permanent address must be included with profile
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
✔ Current Nursys and required certifications must be submitted with profile

Additional Details:

Personal scrubs required; any color, no designs/cartoons
8 hours of non-billable orientation
RTO must be disclosed at submission; maximum 5 days
Facility requires specific interview availability at submission
Travelers must be able to complete the required 14-panel drug screen within 24 hours of offer acceptance
New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate required with submission
Facility may cancel up to 5 shifts during the 13-week contract with 2 hours' notice
