Description

Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg Nights

Facility: Berkshire Medical Center – Med Surg
Location: Pittsfield, MA | 725 North Street
Contract: 13 Weeks | Start: 10/5/2026
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Hours: 12-hour shifts | 36 or 48 hrs/week
Weekend/Holidays: Every other weekend; holidays as needed
Call: None
Local: Not accepted within 50 miles of facility
Travelers: Must have their own vehicle
Floating: Required – must float to any Med Surg unit
Block Scheduling: Not accepted
Dress Code: Personal scrubs, any color

Requirements
2 years of current Med Surg experience required
Telemetry experience required
Basic Dysrhythmia course strongly required
BLS, ACLS & NIHSS must be active and in hand at profile upload
Active Massachusetts RN license must be in hand and uploaded
Meditech Expanse experience highly preferred
Must be willing to float to any Med Surg unit
Must have own vehicle
Permanent address must be included in profile
Prior travel experience not specifically required

Current Medical Surgical skills checklist (within 1 year)
1 supervisory signed reference from the past 2 years of employment
MA RN license – uploaded with profile
AHA BLS – uploaded
AHA ACLS – uploaded
NIHSS – uploaded
At least 2 specific interview date/time availabilities; “anytime” will not be accepted

Patterns Hiring Job ID #69774-0925. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 48.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
