Hours: 36 hours/week guaranteed
Call: No Call
Weekend: Every other weekend
Holiday: Every other holiday

Job Summary

The RN will provide direct Med Surg nursing care using the nursing process, including patient assessment, medication administration, treatments, education, monitoring patient responses, and care-plan evaluation. The RN will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and delegate/oversee support staff as needed.

Required Experience
2+ years Med Surg experience – Required
Pediatric experience – Required
Epic experience – Highly Preferred
Must be willing to work 12-hour night shifts
Every other weekend and holiday
Required Licenses & Certifications
Active Michigan RN License – Required
BLS – AHA – Required
ACLS – AHA – Required
PALS – AHA – Required

Work history
Current Med Surg skills checklist, completed within the last year
2 supervisory references from the last 2 years
Active MI license verified through LARA/Nursys
AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS documentation
