RN | OB/GYN

McLaren Northern Michigan | Petoskey, MI | Oct 12, 2026 | 13 Weeks | Night Shift

Seeking an experienced OB/GYN RN for a 13-week assignment providing care to obstetric patients, including Labor & Delivery and couplet care.

Position Highlights:

• 3x12-hour night shifts
• 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
• Every other weekend; every third weekend may be considered
• Possible holiday coverage
• No call
• Navy blue scrubs
• 3:1 OB ratio based on acuity

Key Duties:

• Provide nursing care for OB/GYN patients
• Support Labor & Delivery patients
• Provide couplet care and stabilization
• Monitor patients and respond to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team
• Provide safe, patient-centered maternal and newborn care

Requirements:

✔ 3+ years of OB/GYN experience
✔ Labor & Delivery experience required
✔ Couplet care and stabilization experience required
✔ Active Michigan RN license
✔ BLS (AHA)
✔ NRP
✔ STABLE
✔ Pediatrics experience preferred
✔ Travel experience preferred
✔ ACLS preferred

Patterns Hiring Job ID #70321---0925. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
