RN | Inpatient Rehab

Lima Memorial Main Campus | Lima, OH | Oct 20, 2026 | 13 Weeks | Night Shift

Seeking an experienced Rehab RN to provide comprehensive nursing care to inpatient rehabilitation patients in a collaborative care environment.

Position Highlights:

• 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
• 36 hours guaranteed
• Every 3rd weekend
• No call
• 4–5:1 patient ratio
• Must float to units within skill level
• MediTech EMR
• Navy blue scrubs

Key Duties:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Provide age-specific nursing care based on patient needs
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Assist and guide LPNs, PCTs, and unit support staff
• Educate patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process
• Prepare patients for discharge and coordinate appropriate resources
• Adapt to changing patient and unit needs

Requirements:

✔ 1+ year of LTC and/or Inpatient Rehab RN experience
✔ Active Ohio or Compact RN license
✔ BLS (AHA)
✔ EMR experience
✔ Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
✔ Ability to float within scope of practice and skill level

Patterns Hiring Job ID #70420---0929. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
