McLaren Bay Region | Bay City, MI | Nov 2, 2026 | 13 Weeks | Night Shift
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to provide comprehensive emergency care in a fast-paced, 10-bed department serving newborn through geriatric patients.
Position Highlights:
• 3:00 PM–3:00 AM
• 36 hours guaranteed
• Weekend coverage required
• No call
• 4:1 patient ratio
• Paragon EMR
• Blue scrubs
• Newborn through geriatric patient population
• Level II Trauma facility
Key Duties:
• Coordinate comprehensive nursing care for emergency patients
• Assess patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately
• Provide care for both minor and serious illnesses and injuries
• Educate patients and families regarding care and treatment
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary team members
• Protect patient rights, privacy, and safety
• Maintain professional nursing standards in the clinical setting
Requirements:
✔ 2+ years of Emergency Department experience
✔ Active Michigan RN license
✔ BLS (AHA)
✔ ACLS
✔ TNCC
✔ PALS or ENPC

Patterns Hiring Job ID #70551---1001. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
