Job Title: Travel Pharmacist – Hospital / Outpatient – Contract

Job Description: We are seeking experienced Pharmacists for a contract assignment in Arizona. This role requires flexibility to work across outpatient, inpatient, and emergency department settings as needed.

Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, managing prescriptions efficiently while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Multiple openings available
Variable shifts (days, nights, weekends, swing)

Responsibilities:
Process and verify prescriptions accurately and in a timely manner
Handle controlled substances in compliance with regulations and policies
Provide patient counseling and medication education
Collaborate with healthcare teams across departments
Support both outpatient and inpatient pharmacy operations as needed

Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of hospital or clinical pharmacy experience
Ability to work in outpatient and inpatient settings
Strong attention to detail and workflow efficiency
Flexibility with schedule and work environment

Certifications & Licensure:
Active Pharmacist license (Arizona preferred)
Bachelor’s in Pharmacy or PharmD
Basic Life Support (BLS)
ACLS & PALS preferred (PALS can be obtained if needed)

Additional Details:
Floating may be required based on department needs
Fast-paced pharmacy environment with high daily script volume
Must comply with facility policies and professional standards
