Oswego Health | Oswego, NY | 13 Weeks | 40 Hours/Week | Day Shift

Seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to provide rehabilitation services and support patient communication and swallowing needs.

Position Highlights:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
- 40 guaranteed hours per week.
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.
Key Duties:
- Evaluate patients’ speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication and swallowing function.
- Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a college or university accredited by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
- Current New York State SLP license required.
- SNF experience preferred.
