Description

📍 Utica, NY | 🗓️ 13 Weeks | ⏱️ 48 hrs/week | 🌙 12-Hour Nights (6:30p–7:00a)
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Intermediate Care (IMCU/PCU) with 2+ years experience in stepdown or progressive care units and prior travel experience preferred. The RN will manage moderate to high-acuity patients, including cases such as neuro, cardiac, trauma, COPD, DKA, sepsis, MI, and post-operative care.
Must be comfortable with advanced monitoring and equipment, including temp pacers, chest tubes, A-lines, BiPAP, chronic ventilators (RT support), and specialized respiratory devices. Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage complex patient conditions required.
Flexibility for floating is required. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced stepdown environment caring for adult patients. EPIC experience required.
Certifications required: AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS (Active NY RN License required)

Patterns Hiring Job ID #AN-1559. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 48 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
