Seeking an experienced Endoscopy RN to support outpatient procedures and provide safe, high-quality patient care throughout pre-procedure, procedure, and recovery phases.

Position Highlights:
- 40 hours per week with various rotating shifts.
- Outpatient endoscopy center focused on elective procedures.
- No on-call responsibilities; floating required.
- No block scheduling.
- Any scrub color accepted.
- Epic EMR experience preferred.
- Local and travel candidates accepted, subject to the 50-mile radius policy.
Key Duties:
- Prepare patients for endoscopic procedures and verify readiness.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
- Assist physicians and the clinical team during endoscopic procedures.
- Provide post-procedure care and monitor recovery.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow infection control protocols.
- Educate patients on procedure preparation and post-procedure instructions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Endoscopy nursing experience.
- Current Massachusetts RN license, active or conditional.
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
- SGNA certification preferred.
- Two recent manager/supervisor references in the matching specialty.
- Specialty-specific skills checklist required.
- First-time travelers may be considered.
