Travel Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR)

Location: Boynton Beach, FL

Shift: 4x10s | Day Shift (On-call & weekends required)

Duration: 13 Weeks

Pay Range: $2147.14 - $2526.05 Per Week

NuWest is seeking an experienced and dedicated CVOR Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Boynton Beach, Florida. In this role, you will collaborate with an elite surgical team to provide specialized care for patients undergoing open-heart and complex cardiovascular surgical procedures.

• Circulate and/or scrub for complex cardiovascular surgical procedures, including open-heart surgeries.
• Monitor, manage, and maintain sterile fields and specialized cardiovascular equipment during operative procedures.
• Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments and deliver post-operative patient hand-offs.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical techs, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in required unit on-call rotation and weekend shifts as scheduled.

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of recent, dedicated CVOR / Operating Room experience in an acute care setting.
• Licensure: Active and unrestricted Florida (FL) RN License or Compact/Multi-State RN License.
• Certifications: Current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications required upon submission.
• Skills: Proficiency in Cerner EMR preferred.
