Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)

We have a new assignment for LPN/LVN in De Pere, WI and are interviewing ASAP. This is a travel assignment, 5x8s Nights (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM) position.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Patient Care & Monitoring: Perform routine nursing care, administer medications, manage IV fluids/antibiotics, monitor vital signs, and handle catheter and line care.
• Specialized Treatments: Provide specialized treatments including wound care, stoma care, wound vac management, PEG/G/J-tube feedings, and basic tracheostomy care.
• Diagnostic & Clinical Procedures: Start IVs, draw labs, and monitor patient health indicators in accordance with care plans.
• Patient & Unit Coverage: Manage care for patient assignments across short-term, rehab, LTAC, and long-term care units, adapting to floating requirements across facility settings.
• Documentation & Teamwork: Maintain accurate medical records (EMR) and collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Pay Range $1,267.80 - $1,491.53 Per Week
