Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Rhinelander, WI.

• Pay Range: $1,364.86 – $1,605.71 per week

Key Responsibilities & Clinical Duties

• Provide high-quality care across various units including Rehab, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC), Long-Term Care (LTC), and Short-Term Stay.
• Manage patient ratios ranging from 15:1 to 20:1 in Short-Term Stay/Rehab, and up to 25:1 in LTC/SNF.
• Administer wound care, stoma care, Wound Vacs, Peg/J/G-tubes, tube feed pumps, catheter care, and basic tracheostomy care (no ventilators).
• Manage IV pumps, IV fluids, and antibiotics; perform IV starts and lab draws (if IV certified).
• Float as needed across facility units.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of LPN/LVN experience in an LTC, SNF, LTAC, or Rehab setting.
• Certifications: Active BLS/CPR certification required (IV certification preferred).
• Location Restriction: Candidates must reside more than 50 minutes away from the facility location (no local candidates).
• Clear nursing license with no disciplinary actions or hits.
