Role Details & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of recent Med/Surg experience required. Behavioral Health experience strongly preferred. Previous travel experience and cultural sensitivity are highly valued.
• Licensure & Certifications: Active Alaska RN License, BLS, and ACLS required.
• Responsibilities & Expectations: Must be willing to float, cross-train, and care for Behavioral Health patients. Position requires independence, flexibility, adaptability, and high commitment to serving the local community.
• Housing & Travel: Housing provided at no extra cost (standard shared dorm-style housing, no pets or overnight visitors permitted). Roundtrip coach/main cabin flight costs covered. Local airport pickup/drop-off provided.
