Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,499.39 – $2,940.46 / week

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced CVOR Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment at a premier hospital in Boynton Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in open-heart and cardiovascular surgical procedures and thrive in a fast-paced operating room environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Circulate and scrub for open-heart, vascular, and thoracic surgical procedures.
• Manage perioperative care for adult cardiac surgery patients, ensuring strict sterile field maintenance and compliance with safety protocols.
• Collaborate closely with cardiovascular surgeons, surgical techs, perfusionists, and anesthesiologists.
• Monitor vital signs, manage equipment, and maintain accurate patient clinical records in Cerner.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida or Compact RN license.
• Certifications:
  • Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• Education: High School Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Highest level diploma/transcript required at submission).
• Skills: Proficient in Cerner EMR.
• Health & Safety:
  • Annual Flu Vaccination is required for all hires.
  • Clean-shaven face required upon start for proper PPE fit testing.
