**Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:** - Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated - Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS - Experience or 'Must have' skills: EKG interpretation required by RN, with drip titration experience **Charting System:** - EMR/Equipment: EPIC; Phillips monitors **Position Details:** - Department: IR | RN - # Suites/Labs: 6 labs, pre-op, and phase 2 recovery - Cases per day on average: 20-30 - Common diagnoses/Types of patients: GI bleed, Strokes, Biopsy, Central lines, Drains, Vascular - Is there a Manager/Charge Nurse on each shift?: Yes, Charge RN 0730-1700 - Shifts & Scheduling: 4 days per week, hours between 0630-1800, 9-hour shifts, not self-scheduling - Weeknight/Call Requirements: Primary and Secondary call requirement 6-8 shifts in 6 weeks, including a weekend - Response Time for Call: 30 minutes - Floating Requirements: No - Scrub Color/Dress Code: Surgical scrubs provided - Care Setting: Acute **Other Details:** - BSN Required: False - Unit/Department specific orientation: 5 - Additional Notes: Ratios: 1:1 intraprocedural, max of 1:4 in phase 2 recovery. ED, ICU, or procedural experience preferred.
