Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a ER RN to take an assignment in Brownsville, Texas.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on February 9, 2026.

### Required Experience and Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of recent Emergency Department experience in a high-acuity setting. - Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required (TNCC preferred). - Strong triage and critical thinking skills. - Trauma and cardiac alert experience, including care of STEMI, stroke, and sepsis patients. ### Preferred Skills: - Experience with Meditech documentation system. - Bilingual ability (English/Spanish). ### Required Certifications: - BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, CPI. ### Skills and Procedures: - IV insertion, medication administration, EKGs, splinting, wound care. - Moderate sedation for procedures such as reductions or cardioversion. - Assisting with intubation, CPR, rapid sequence intubation, and code response. - Triage assessment and prioritization based on ESI guidelines. - Isolation and infection control protocols. - Documentation and reassessment in fast-paced environments. ### Best Personality Fit: - Team-oriented with strong work ethic and accountability. - Punctual, reliable, and compassionate with excellent patient-centered care. - Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
