**Required Certifications and Experience:** - CRNFA (Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant) - Acute Hospital OR Experience Required - Experience in endoscopic vein harvesting and radial artery harvesting **Preferred Experience:** - 1 Year preferred, but the facility accepts first-time travelers - EPIC Experience preferred **Skills and Qualifications:** - Skills in procedures such as Atrial Septal defect repair, AV Graft, ECMO insertion/decannulation, Pericardial window, Arteriovenous fistula repair, Atherectomy, Carotid artery stenting, Carotid Endarterectomy, Endovascular Aneurysm Repair, Lung resection, Thoracotomy, Robotics, Laparoscopic-assisted cases, VATS (Video-Assisted Thoracic Surgery), Aortic Aneurysm repair, Angioplasty/stenting, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG), Endoscopic vein harvesting, Mitral valve replacement, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Endovascular Aortic Repair (EVAR), Femoral popliteal bypass graft, Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Harvest saphenous vein, including skin incision **Licensure:** - MI License must be active by start date. Compact license not accepted in MI. **Compliance and Education Requirements:** - Proof of HS level education required (regardless of secondary education) **Additional Notes:** - Call requirements include 1 in 4 for weekdays and weekends - Familiarity or completion of training with EPIC is preferred during orientation
