Summary:
Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a OR RN to take an assignment in Springfield, Illinois.
This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on April 20, 2026.

Job Details:

- Facility Specific Job Notes:
**Experience Required:** - Minimum 3 years' experience required, specifically in a Level I trauma center. - Trauma Level I experience is required. - General OR and Trauma experience required, including laparoscopic assisted cases and various surgical procedures listed in the job description. - Cerner charting system experience preferred. **Certifications:** - BLS required. - CNOR and CST preferred. **Licensure:** - Must have active IL license in hand or be in the application process to apply. **Skills and Experience:** - Required case experience in bariatric, general surgery, neurology, orthopedic, plastic surgery, transplant, urology, trauma, and emergency management. - Required experience with specific equipment/instrumentation such as electrosurgical units and fiber optic light sources. - Required professional knowledge and skills in administration of blood products, infection control, radiation safety, and more as listed. **Additional Requirements:** - Must live at least 50 miles from the facility. - Travel experience is required. - Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs. - Will work with all service lines except cardiovascular (CV). - Experience with emergency management skills and trauma case skills is required. **Special Notes:** - First-timers are not accepted. - Locals must be 50 miles or more from the facility to apply. - Compliance with module deadlines and pre-start requirements is strict. The role requires working weekends, specifically Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with the possibility of being on-call approximately once a week. The facility is a Magnet hospital with level I trauma center designation, charting with the Cerner system.
