- Critical thinking skills and decisive judgment are required. - Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a stressful environment is necessary. - Licenses: Nursys, License/Certificate Verification. - Certifications: Nursys, License/Certificate Verification. - Ascension Specialty Exam. - Ascension Core Competencies. - Ascension EKG Exam. - Ascension Unit Specific Checklist (Optional for onboarding). - Personal Health History: MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Health Statement, Varicella, Tdap, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot). - Professional: Education Attestation, Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding, Nova StatStrip, Epic Test-Out, Ascension Profile, 2 Professional References, Drivers License/State ID, Criminal Background Check Results, EPLS, Skills Checklist, Education Verification, Confirmation of Assignment, Employment Verification. - Ascension Name Change Document (Optional for onboarding). - Ascension Badge Photo (Optional for onboarding).
