Certainly! Based on the job description provided, here are the required or preferred qualifications and experience: 1. **Experience:** - 2 years nursing experience needed. - ICU experience preferred. - CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) experience preferred. - Balloon pump experience is a plus. - Swan experience is a plus. 2. **Skills:** - Competency in Sheath Pulls. - Experience with EPIC (electronic health record system) required. 3. **Licensure and Certifications:** - Nursys certification is required. - License/Certificate Verification required. 4. **Health and Professional Requirements:** - Valid Driver's License/State ID. - Submission of various health history records such as MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, etc. - Background check results, education, and employment verification for onboarding. 5. **Testing and Checklist:** - Completion of Ascension Skills Checklist and other specific assessments related to the role. The role may require floating onsite within the skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
