Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Augusta, Georgia.
This assignment lasts 16.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on May 26, 2026.

**Experience Required:** - Minimum Experience: 1 year - General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: Neuro/Stroke PCU floor, respiratory, cardiac, mixed medical, titrating cardiac drips required with continuous telemetry monitoring; assignments will be PCU level patients. - Previous Charge Experience: Not required - Community Hospital Experience: Preferred - Patient Ratio Experience: Preferred - Charting System Experience: Preferred - Charting System Name: Epic **Certifications Required:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) **Patient Population:** - Adolescents to Geriatrics **Licensure:** - GA or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal **Skills Required:** - Telemetry, Cardiac Telemetry, Neuro Stepdown - Manage Vasoactive drips (no titration) - PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown settings - Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias - Use of Rapid Response/Code teams - Titration of Insulin and Cardiac drips - Feeding tube care and management, Blood Product Administration - Central line care/management, Phlebotomy, Peripheral Line Care/Management - PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs - Heparin Protocols, Manage Cardiac drips (no titration) - CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Pre/Post neurosurgery, Traumatic Brain injury - Chest tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac, BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance - High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Oxygen administration - Non-invasive airway management, Tracheostomy care/management - Isolation Precautions/PPE **Floating Requirements:** - Yes, within facility/scope of practice as needed **Holidays Requirement:** - Expected to work major holidays if they fall within the assignment period. **Documentation:** - Full compliance required to start on time; compliance document deadline is the Tuesday prior to start. **Module Requirements:** - Modules completed during orientation, non-billable, and vary by specialty.
