**Required Certifications and Licensure:** - Must be certified in lymphedema. - Licensed in the state of Georgia. - Certifications: BLS, NBCOT, Lymphedema Certification. **Required Experience:** - Minimum of 1 year of experience. - Patient Ratio Experience: 5. - Charting System Experience: Required (Epic). **Preferred Experience:** - Community Hospital Experience is preferred. **Skills and Qualifications:** - Experience in Acute Care, Adult Rehabilitation Facility, Home Health Care, Long Term Acute Care (LTAC), Amputee, Arthritis, Parkinson's disease, Other Progressive Neurological Disorders, Splinting, Arthritis program, Hip Fracture and Total Hip Replacement, Soft Tissue Injuries, Knee Injuries and Total Knee Replacement, Dynamic splints, Functional splints, Static splints, Adult Outpatient, Lower Extremity, Upper Extremity, Lymphedema management, Lifting and transfer, Patient/Family Education, Safety and injury prevention, Telephone calls, Adaptive Equipment Assessment (Adult), Assessment, Discharge, Evaluation, Plan of Care, Reassessments. **Additional Requirements:** - TWO supervisory references are highly preferred at the time of submission. Must be Manager or above - charge not accepted. - Must be available to submit core items and complete/schedule labs within 48 hours of signing the contract to ensure an on-time start.
