Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a Oncology RN to take an assignment in Omaha, Nebraska.

**Experience and Skills Required:** - Oncology PCU and Trauma PCU experience required - Minimum of 1 year experience required - Titration of drips such as insulin and cardizem occasionally required - Experience with common titratable and set rate drips - IV Pumps: Alaris - Ability to use specialty equipment such as Lyko lifts in even rooms **Preferred Experience and Skills:** - Chemotherapy certification preferred but not required **Certifications and Licensure:** - Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, ONS/ONCC - Additional certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), NIHSS - Current Driver's License required **Clinical Competencies:** - Ventilator, hemodynamic monitoring (CVP, Aline, Swan, EV-1000), ICP (training provided real time) **Leadership Experience:** - Charge nurse experience required with a minimum of 1 year **Other Requirements:** - Must pass an open book exam on skills learned during orientation with a score of 90% or higher **General Qualities:** - Teamwork, cultural sensitivity, and a genuine need to care for patients are emphasized - Nurses must treat all patients with respect regardless of diversity in cultural, religious, or economic backgrounds **Miscellaneous:** - A fingernail policy prohibits artificial nails in patient care areas; refusal to comply will result in termination - Nurses will float to same level of care areas, such as med/surg and PCU units - Required two-day orientation to the unit and EPIC charting system will be provided
