Summary:
Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Grand Island, Nebraska.
This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on April 27, 2026.

Job Details:

To be considered for this position, the following credentials and qualifications are required: - **Certifications**: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale). - **Driver's License**: Required at submittal to verify the candidate is outside the 50-mile radius. - **Education**: BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is required. - **Licensure**: Valid nursing license. - **Clinical Skills**: Must be able to titrate drips such as Heparin, Amiodarone, Cardizem, Nitroglycerin, IV antibiotics, Insulin, and handle maintenance doses of IV meds. - **Testing**: RN's must pass a pass/fail exam during orientation, requiring a 90% score to continue employment. - **Experience/Skills**: Ability to read and interpret telemetry/monitor strips. Additional requirements include compliance with the facility's fingernail policy (no artificial nails) and adherence to shift, weekend, holiday, and floating requirements specific to the unit.
