The job requires the ability to perform patient assessment and intervention, administer medication, follow through with orders, observe patients, document in EHR, and implement and monitor the plan of care, including ADLs. The unit serves oncology, hematology, end-of-life/hospice, and overflow medical/surgical patients. Credentials required for submission include a Nursys license and license/certificate verification. For onboarding, the candidate must complete a signed assignment agreement, various Ascension exams and checklists, personal health history verifications (such as MMR, fit test, hepatitis B, influenza vaccine, and more), and provide professional documents (like a driver's license/State ID, professional references, and criminal background check results). Further certifications and licenses needed are Nursys and License/Certificate Verification.
