Summary:

Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a Certified-CVOR Surgical Services Allied to take an assignment in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on April 27, 2026.

Job Details:

• Shift: 10H Days
• Total Weekly Hours: 40
• Certifications: CST cert required; must be from NBSTA National Board of Surgical Technology, BLS required
• Trauma Level: Level 2
• Facility Specific Job Notes:

**Requirements:** - CST certification required; must be from NBSTA National Board of Surgical Technology - BLS required - 2 years of experience required; must have strong cardiac surgery skills - Thoracic da Vinci experience preferred - EMR: Cerner preferred **Additional Details:** - Must be greater than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted. - Travelers submitted must attach required license and certifications or will be rejected. - Must include driver's license/permanent home address on the submission, and address must match ID.
