**Experience:** - Must have a minimum of three years experience in a conglomerate ICU unit with medical, surgical, and cardiovascular. **Skills:** - Must have the ability to float between the critical care service line which encompasses ICU and step down. **Unit Topics/Conditions:** - Experience or familiarity with the following conditions/procedures: TAVR, CABG, CVA, respiratory distress, TNK, GIB, DKA, CEA, sepsis, fem pop, thoracotomy, vent management, HFNC, TTM, IABP, Impella, CRRT, STEMI, HF, hypoxic, respiratory failure, CHF, pneumonia. **Licensure:** - Nursys license/certificate verification is required for submission and onboarding. **Certifications:** - Nursys and License/Certificate Verification are required. **Professional Requirements:** - Driver's License/State ID - Ascension 2 Professional References - Professional Profile and Employment Verification - Criminal Background Check Results, EPLS, and Education Verification are required for onboarding. **Health and Safety Requirements:** - Various personal health history verifications, including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, 2 Step PPD or IGRA, Varicella, and Tdap, are required for onboarding.
