**Required Skills & Experience:** - N/A **Preferred Skills & Experience:** - Minimum two (2) years of occupational therapy experience. **Required Education:** - One of the following is required: - Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. - Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program, if grandfathered (obtained prior to 2007). **Preferred Education:** - N/A **Required Certifications & Licensure:** - Wisconsin state license as an Occupational Therapist within three (3) months of hire. - American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent within thirty (30) days of hire. **Preferred Certifications & Licensure:** - N/A **Languages:** - English: Read, Write, Speak
