Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Cleveland, Ohio.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on April 17, 2026.

Job Details:

**Required Experience and Licensure:** - 18 months of permanent experience in the applying specialty prior to travel assignments. - 18 months of recent Neuro Stepdown experience; travel experience is acceptable. - Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license at the time of submission. **Preferred Experience:** - PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not required. **Certifications:** - AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification required. - Required certifications need to be active with nothing pending. **Skills and Qualifications:** - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate completion during orientation with an acceptable score required (two attempts maximum to pass). - Must work at least every other holiday. - ONE reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required for submission. **Additional Requirements:** - COVID-19 vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only). - Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only). - Nicotine-free requirement for travelers other than Nurses and CSTs; negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) drug screen required within 12 months of start (must be updated annually). **Compliance and Submission Requirements:** - BCI/FBI fingerprinting within 48 hours of signing contract. - Badging and fingerprinting to be completed onsite before start date. - Completion of required modules (average 6-15 hours of modules).
