Summary:
Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a ER RN to take an assignment in Augusta, Georgia.
This assignment lasts 14.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on May 26, 2026.

**Minimum Experience and Requirements:** - **Experience Required:** Minimum 2 years; first-time travelers not accepted. - **Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS required. SANE, TNCC preferred. - **Charting System:** Epic experience required. - **Licensure:** Georgia or Compact license must be in hand at submission. - **Patient Population Experience:** Adolescents to Geriatrics; experience with neonates, infants, adults, pediatrics, geriatrics, and a 1:4 patient ratio preferred. - **Community Hospital and Trauma Level Experience:** Preferred experience in Community Hospital, Trauma Level I, and II. - **Other Skills:** Management of multisystem organ dysfunction, arterial line management, ICP monitoring, splint management, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, EKG acquisition, blood product administration, central line management, IV maintenance, procedural sedation, intubation, ventilator care, isolation precautions, and triage. - **Additional Experience:** Travel experience is required. **Preferred Experience:** - **Previous Charge Experience:** Preferred. - **Clinical Experience Required:** General skills and work setting in a Non-Trauma Emergency Department with a very large and busy environment with high acuity. Facility is Stroke and STEMI certified. **Work Requirements:** - **Floating:** Rare but as needed within the facility/scope of practice. - **Scheduling:** Must be available to work every other weekend. Expected to work major holidays as per policy. - **Compliance Requirements:** Full compliance required to start on time. If not compliant, start date will be pushed back due to bi-weekly orientation schedule. - **References:** Two supervisory references are highly preferred; must be Manager level or above. Charge experience not accepted as a substitute. **Other Requirements:** - **Pre-Application Fee:** A mandatory $125 pre-application fee for CVOR First Assistants, OR Tech First Assistants, and RNFA roles. - **RTO Policy:** Maximum of 7 days. Requested Time Off is required with submission; holiday-specific policies apply. - **Modules:** Modules are non-billable, factored in NBO, completed during orientation, and vary by specialty.
