Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in San Marcos, Texas.

This assignment lasts 13 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on March 30, 2026.

Job Details:

• Certifications: Current BLS certification required (AHA only), Current ACLS certification required (AHA only), RN License in state of TX or compact

**Required**: - Current BLS certification (AHA only) - Current ACLS certification (AHA only) - RN License in the state of TX or compact **Preferred**: - Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing - 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty **Additional Requirements**: - All newly hired experienced RNs must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire. - New hires are precepted by a designated trained staff member with competency validated through completion of entry competency validation and a MedSurg specific competency validation. - All newly licensed RNs may participate in a residency program or other specific orientation. Completion of skills and competency will be achieved with a preceptor at the bedside and documented through the program's tracking software. - Completion of all annual competency verification requirements.
