Required Checklist/Testing and Personal Health History for Onboarding: - Checklist/Testing: Ascension Specialty Exam, Ascension Core Competencies, Ascension EKG Exam, Ascension Epic Test-Out, Ascension Skills Checklist. - Personal Health History: Ascension Color Vision, MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Health Statement, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot), Varicella, Tdap, Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen. - Professional: Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation, Ascension Nova StatStrip, Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding. Optional and Non-Mandatory Items: - **Professional**: Ascension Badge Photo, Ascension Name Change Document, Hiring Manager Evaluation. - **Personal Health History**: Positive PPD- Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire, Ascension Unit Specific Checklist. The role also requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work in a stressful environment with minimal supervision.
