Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a Certified-CVOR Surgical Services Allied to take an assignment in Woodway, Texas.

This assignment lasts 13 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on April 19, 2026.

**Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:** 1. Performs CST duties specifically in Endovascular, open heart, and thoracic specialties. 2. Required to take on-call duties to cover the Hybrid OR. 3. Must possess a unique skill set for both surgical and interventional combinations in a Hybrid OR environment. **Licensure and Certifications:** 1. License/Certificate Verification required for submission. 2. Verification of professional licenses or certificates is mandatory. **Professional and Health History Requirements:** 1. Various health history attestations including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Varicella, and Tdap needed upon onboarding. 2. A 2-Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) is required upon onboarding. 3. Professional references, criminal background check results, and education verification are required for onboarding. 4. A driver's license or state ID is required for submission. **Optional for Submission or Onboard:** 1. Positive PPD- Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire 2. Hiring Manager Evaluation 3. Ascension Name Change Document 4. Ascension Badge Photo These various checklist and testing verifications, as well as professional documentation, contribute to compliance and qualification confirmation for the role.
