**Job Requirements & Qualifications:** - **Previous Charge Experience:** Not specified - **Years of Experience Required:** 2 - **Patient Ratio Experience:** 5-6 - **Charting System Experience:** Required; Altera experience preferred but not required - **Community Hospital Experience:** Preferred - **Travel Experience Required:** Yes - **Certifications Required:** ACLS, BLS, NIHSS - **Skills Required:** Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, telemetry monitoring, rapid response/code team usage, feeding tube care, ortho trauma, mastectomy care, MS/Tele, cardiac and post-cardiac care, IV and PICC line management, heparin protocols, management of cardiac/drip protocols, oxygen and non-invasive airway management, isolation precautions/PPE, wound care/wound vac. **Licensure & Compliance Requirements:** - **License:** Must have license in hand by submittal - **Certification Verification:** Required - **Drug Screen:** Mandatory, includes Marijuana; positive results lead to automatic cancellation - **Local Radius:** RN/LVN: 150 miles; Allied/CNA: 50 miles **Other Experience & Preferences:** - **Travel Experience Preferred** - **Charting System Experience (Altera):** Preferred but not required
