**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license. - BLS Certification required via American Heart Association (AHA). - ACLS Certification required via AHA. - Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing. - Current knowledge and skills appropriate to age/type of patient population served. **Skills:** - Knowledgeable and sensitive to patients' rights in the delivery of care. - Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner appropriate to the developmental age of patients. **Leadership Experience:** - Responsible to the Patient Care Director or Manager. **Environment and Physical Requirements:** - Exposure to bloodborne pathogens and infectious diseases. - Must be able to handle emergency/crisis situations, prolonged standing and walking, heavy physical effort, and extensive reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching. - Requires manual dexterity and fine motor coordination. - Hearing and visual acuity within normal or correctable limits.
