- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT & RCIS (IR experience preferred) - Minimum Experience: 2 years - Location Requirement: Float between two facilities (Dallas Regional Medical Center and Dallas Medical Center) - On-Call Requirement: Yes, rotating call 12-15 days per month and every other weekend - Credentials Required: Driver's License/State ID, Prime OIG, Prime Agency Attestation, Prime SAM/EPLS, Prime Resume, Prime Reference #1, Prime Reference #2, COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, TB Test, Varicella, Tdap, Prime Core Competencies Exam, Prime Skills Checklist, Prime Criminal Background Check, Prime Form I-9, Prime Specialty Exam, Prime COA - Preferred: IR experience - Charting System: Epic
