Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a Med surg RN to take an assignment in Peoria, Illinois.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on March 30, 2026.

**Required Experience and Skills:** - Experience in post-op care of patients - Critical thinking skills - Good bedside manner - Team player attitude **Leadership Experience:** - Charge Nurse present on each shift; does not take an assignment **Clinical Experience:** - Post-op surgical, trauma, overflow medical care - Dressing changes, wound care, IV therapy - Pain management, drains, NGs, central lines, TPN - RNs do not titrate drips; manage Heparin drips at set rates **Certifications:** - Basic Life Support (BLS) (AHA) **Degrees:** - BSN not required **Licensure:** - Active Illinois nursing license or confirmation of application initiation **Skills and Qualifications:** - Ability to ask for help when needed - No requirement for RNs to manage or troubleshoot vents - RNs manage inhalers and can place patients on CPAP
