Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Omaha, Nebraska.

**Certifications Required:** BLS, ACLS, NIHSS. **Experience or 'Must have' skills:** 1 year of experience with this patient population. **Licensure:** License to Submit: Yes. **RN's exam:** Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation requiring a 90% to pass. **Nurse:Patient Ratios:** 1:4, 1:3 for post-surgical patients in the first 24 hours. **Charge Nurse:** Yes, but rare to take assignment. **Weekend Requirements:** Every other weekend. **BSN Required:** False. **Clinical Experience:** Experience with intermediate care, downgraded CVICU patients, thoracic program support, EP, cath lab, structural heart, and management of cardiac and vascular related diagnoses. **Required Skills:** Ability to titrate drips, read and interpret telemonitor strips. Common titratable drips include Amio, nitro, nicardipine, epi, cardizem, and other blood pressure medications. **Shift & Scheduling:** Manager does schedule; 12-hour shifts. **Dress Code:** Navy Blue. **Floating Requirements:** Will float to all same level and lower levels of acuity. **Charting System:** EPIC.
