For the ER RN position, the required and preferred qualifications include: - Certifications: Must be ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certified. - Experience: Must have 2 years of experience in the ER setting and charge experience, with comfort in a charge role. - Licensure: License verification through Nursys is necessary for submission. - Skills: Ascension Pharmacology Exam, Core Competencies, EKG Exam, Unit Specific Checklist, and Skills Checklist required for onboarding. - Professional Requirements: Driver's License/State ID, Profile, 2 Professional References, Criminal Background Check Results, Education Verification, Confirmation of Assignment, and Employment Verification are needed. - Personal Health History requirements for onboarding include: MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Health Statement, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot), Varicella, and Tdap. Additionally, optional qualifications include a License/Certificate Verification for submission and a Hiring Manager Evaluation and Name Change Document for onboarding, if applicable.
