Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a Cath lab RN to take an assignment in Janesville, Wisconsin.

Job Details:

• Certifications: Current WI or Compact RN licensure, Current BLS certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, Pediatric Life Support (PALS) certification, National Institute Healthcare Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification

• Facility Specific Job Notes:

- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience required; 3 years of RN experience with 1 year of critical care experience required; Cardiovascular Intervention experience required. - **Education:** Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Education Verification Required. - **Licensure:** Current WI or Compact RN licensure. - **Certifications:** Current BLS certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, Pediatric Life Support (PALS) certification; National Institute Healthcare Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification. - **Skills/Qualifications:** Utilizes the nursing process and critical thinking; Ensures accurate and comprehensive documentation; Develops, initiates, and executes patient plans of care; Provides patient and family education; Participates in performance improvement activities; Utilizes clinical expertise and guidance; Engages in personal development and continuous learning; Supports peer review and feedback; Manages complex situations; Escalates appropriately; Pass EKG test. - **Leadership:** Positively influences professional and organizational environments; Participates in shared governance; Acts to resolve systems breakdowns; Delegates appropriately.
