Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Winston Salem, North Carolina.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on April 13, 2026.

**Required Experience:** - Minimum 2 years of experience needed. - Accepts first-time travelers. **Required Skills:** - Experience with arterial lines and titrating vasoactive drips. - Skills in PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown, Telemetry, Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias. - Use of Rapid Response Teams, IV insulin protocols, Blood Product Administration. - Central line care/management, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management. - Heparin Protocols, CVA, Chest tubes-Emerson/Pleur-evac, External CPAP/BIPAP. - High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Tracheostomy Management, Isolation Precautions. **Required Certifications:** - ACLS, BCLS, NIH certifications. - Experience with IV start, telemetry, and conscious sedation. **Preferred Experience:** - Charting System Experience: Epic preferred. **Licensure:** - NC or Compact license required in hand at the time of start. **Additional Requirements:** - Must pass EKG Testing prior to start for this specialty. - Charting Exp Required: Epic is most common.
