- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are required. - Must be able to work in a stressful environment. - Licensure: Nursys and License/Certificate Verification required. - Professional references, criminal background check, and employment verification required for onboarding. - Ascension Specialty Exam, Core Competencies, EKG Exam, Epic Test-Out, Skills Checklist, and unit-specific checklist need to be completed during onboarding. - Personal health history requirements for onboarding include color vision, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Fit Test, Varicella, Tdap, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot), 12 Panel Drug Screen. - Professional documents required include Driver's License/State ID, Ascension Profile, education and employment verification, and confirmation of assignment.
