Summary:
Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a OR RN to take an assignment in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on April 13, 2026.

**Required Experience and Skills:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience. - The unit will not accept first-time travelers. - Skills: Circulate, with robotics training preferred. - Certifications: BCLS. - Charting Experience Required, specifically with Epic. **Preferred Experience:** - Robotics training. **Licensure:** - NC or Compact license pending is acceptable for submission, but it must be in hand at the time of start. **Additional Requirements:** - Travel experience is required. - Candidate's permanent address under 50 miles will be offered at a lower local rate. - Candidates must be comfortable floating within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby, based on their skill sets and census. **Submission and Compliance:** - Two manager/supervisor references from the past 12 months are highly preferred at the time of submission. - Any former perm/PRN/EP staff employees of Novant Health or New Hanover must wait 12 months before applying as a traveler. - Candidates currently in a travel Per Diem role at this health system must indicate if they wish to transition to a Travel Contract. They cannot work both simultaneously. **Travel and Schedule Details:** - The unit may accept travel pairs, but they must work on different units. - The candidate must work 2 out of 3 major holidays. - No RTO (request time off) allowed during the first week of the assignment due to orientation. **Testing and Training:** - Candidate must complete all testing within 48 hours after signing. - Modules are non-billable; acute care roles require 8-10 hours, while non-acute roles require 4-5 hours. Modules must be completed pre-start and annually. **Fatigue Policy:** - Travelers cannot work more than 5 days in a row or more than 60 hours in a week.
