Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a MS/Tele RN to take an assignment in Belleville, Illinois.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on April 20, 2026.

**Years of Experience Required:** - 2 years of experience is required. - Ortho experience required, proficient in Ortho totals and fractures. **Certifications Required:** - BCLS required. - NIH preferred. - All RNs are required to obtain ACLS by the compliance hard document deadline. - NIHSS* and OCN* listed but not needed. **Licensure:** - Valid state license required at the time of submission. - Missouri requires a MO license or a compact license in their home state. - Illinois is not a compact state; a license must be in hand at time of submission. - Compact license must match the state where the candidate permanently lives. **Skills Required:** - Telemetry - remote monitoring. - Use of Rapid Response/Code teams. - Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management. - Renal failure. - PCA. - CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident). - Pre/Post neurosurgery. - Peripheral nerve block catheters. - Chest tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac. - BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance. - MS/Tele, Med/Surg, Telemetry. - Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias. - Telemetry - on the unit monitoring. - Feeding tube care and management. - Accessing/Managing Ports. - Blood Product Administration. - Central line blood draw. - Peripheral Line Care/Management. - Phlebotomy, PICC line management. - Starting and maintaining IVs. - Heparin, Insulin. - Total joint replacement. - High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC). - Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs). - Nasal Cannula, Oxygen administration. - Isolation Precautions/PPE. - Wound Care/Wound Vac, CPM. **Leadership Experience:** - Previous charge experience is preferred. **Charting System Experience:** - Epic experience is preferred and required for certain units. **Special Requirements:** - Heavy lifting is required. **Additional Details:** - Candidates will float within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital as needed. - EPIC is the charting system used throughout the BJC system.
